Stephen Mendoza is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of PSR Associates, an IT consulting firm specializing in staffing services, professional services, software development, and enterprise IT software solutions and is a federally certified Minority-Owned Business, Veteran Owned and Small Disadvantaged Business (MBE/SDB). PSR’s clients include Time Warner, PwC, Home Depot, Siemens, Turner Broadcasting, American Express, Cisco, and Accenture.

Stephen leads the firm’s strategic growth, financial direction, and business development efforts. He established the accounting, internal controls procedures, human resources, and on-boarding procedures for the company and directly manages marketing, sales, recruiting, business development and services. His leadership has helped transform PSR Associates from a niche company into a highly-focused consulting firm, with clients ranging from Fortune 50, to mid-market companies, educational institutions and government agencies.

His significant experience in IT and business consulting spans multiple industries, from retail and finance, to IT and government contracting. His business career reflects the proven ability to expand revenue base with a successful record of increasing sales, growing the bottom line, and creating operational efficiencies with reducing overall costs. Indicative of Stephen’s guidance, PSR has enjoyed a 500 percent revenue growth over the last four years.

Stephen has enjoyed entrepreneurial success and exhibited strong managerial leadership. He has the keen ability to understand the strategic and tactical needs of his clients in order to deliver talented people, effective technology, and pre-eminent customer service. He also has extensive experience in investor relations, strategic negotiations and international business. Stephen augments the value of both his clients’ and his own firm’s brands.

Deeply committed to the principals of customer service and advocacy, Stephen serves on the CA Partner Advisory Council, where he plays an integral role enhancing customer-focused growth strategies throughout the channel and mentoring newly established channel partners. PSR has garnered industry-wide recognition for its innovative programs designed to help customers achieve a maximum return on their business and technology investments. Within the last five years, PSR was selected from among 400 global partners as one of four CA Foundation North American Partners and was voted one of the Top 100 companies in Georgia by DiversityBusiness.com.

Prior to starting PSR Associates, Stephen worked as the Southeast Area Manager for Shell Oil, was a hedge fund manager for Sterling Trading, and served Morgan Stanley as a Merger and Acquisition analyst. Throughout his sales and finance career, Stephen garnered progressively increasing responsibility and delivered double-digit revenue growth for all three companies.

Stephen holds a BS in mechanical engineering, from the University of Washington. He served in the United States Marine Corps and achieved the top one percent of rank during the Gulf War. He was honorably discharged with seven distinguished service metals. Stephen is happily married and lives with his wife and two daughters in Tampa, Florida.

Ms. Ball’s experience in the IT industry stretches over 20 years. When she initially entered into the field, Ms. Ball had a brief entrepreneurial business that focused on filling IT needs in the private and public sectors. The experience afforded her the knowledge needed to understand technical recruiting and the importance of building lasting client relationships. She took those lessons and applied them to her position at the Epitec Group and was quickly promoted from Senior Recruiter to HR Manager to Director of Recruiting to Senior Director of Recruiting and Government Affairs, and finally Chief Operating Officer.

In June 2004, Ms. Ball’s career advice was the subject of a feature article and magazine cover in The Detroiter, a business magazine published by the Detroit Regional Chamber. Ms. Ball is also a Leadership Detroit graduate (class of XXV), and she served on the Alumni Board for Central Michigan University.

After almost 12 years at the Epitec Group, Ms. Ball took a 5 year sabbatical to pursue another dream—writing fulltime. During those 5 years she worked as a freelance writer while researching and writing her first novel.

It wasn’t long before the itch to get back into the workforce became unshakable. In 2010 Ms. Ball reentered the IT industry. Currently, Ms. Ball is Vice President at PSR Associates, Inc. and she is responsible for operations and the recruiting business unit as well as senior account management on various key accounts.

Ms. Ball has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Central Michigan University.

Mr. Ball brings over 25 years of experience working with Fortune 500 customers on their business and technology needs.  As a member of PSR’s executive leadership team, he is responsible for PSR’s business development efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to joining PSR, Mr. Ball was responsible for the Northeast and Southeast regions for a large technology consulting company working closely with Fortune 500 customers in industries such as financial services, travel, consumer package goods, insurance, utility, and government. Mr. Ball is active in several business and community organizations including the United Way of Metropolitan Atlanta, The Atlanta Community Food, and the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council. Mr. Ball attended the University of Michigan where he studied Business Administration.

Chris has over 20 years of Information Technology experience during which he led complex Sales Organizations, National Account teams and Industry Practices. Prior to joining PSR Associates, Chris was the Managing Partner at M9 Solutions in Atlanta, GA. At M9 Solutions, he hired and grew a team of experts while growing the company almost 300%. The growth came through great teamwork, the successful launch of a Federal Practice, the expansion of additional lines of business and the addition of a Practice to support the Tier 1 System Integrators. Prior to joining M9 Solutions as a Partner in 2013, Chris managed B2B Workforce’s sales efforts and maintained Account Leadership Responsibility for B2B’s largest Systems Integrator Accounts. He began his career in Financial Service Sales and has a BA in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University as well as an MBA in Management from Georgia State University.
