Since our firm not only provides Staffing Services but also includes a Professional Services arm in which our consultants work closely with our customers throughout the full lifecycle of a project, our culture is one of partnership, as opposed to body shopping.

Operating as an extended arm of our clients’ internal recruiting organization, PSR Associates will provide a flexible and adaptable framework for team communication based on metrics including cycle time to hire, interview-to-hire ratio, diversity of applicant flow, cost per hire and new hire satisfaction.
